Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 1, 2026 Last updated: May 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Orlando Dental Implants (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit OrlandoDentalImplants.com (the “Site”) or contact us through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

We operate the Site, which provides general information about dental implants and helps visitors connect with independent dental providers in the Orlando, Florida area. We are not a dental practice, and we do not provide dental care, medical advice, or diagnosis. Any treatment you receive will come from an independent provider, who has its own privacy practices.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, call, text, or email us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or city, the treatment you are interested in, preferred appointment times, and any message you choose to write.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, the page that referred you, approximate location, and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, analytics providers, and the dental providers we work with, such as whether you scheduled a consultation.

Please do not send sensitive information. Please do not include medical history, health conditions, insurance details, Social Security numbers, or payment card numbers in our forms or messages. We do not need this information to respond to your inquiry.

A note about HIPAA. We are not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse, so we do not believe the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) applies to information you submit to us. A dental provider you contact may be covered by HIPAA once you become its patient, and its handling of your information is governed by its own notices.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your questions and requests.
  • Connect you with dental providers who may be able to help you.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Understand how visitors use the Site and measure our marketing.
  • Send you information about your inquiry and, where allowed by law, other communications you may want.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

Dental providers and partners. If you ask to be connected with a provider, or submit a request through the Site, we share your contact details and inquiry with one or more independent dental providers so they can contact you.

Service providers. We use companies that help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, form handling, email and text messaging, customer relationship management, call tracking, and analytics. They may use your information only to perform services for us.

Advertising and analytics partners. We may use tools from advertising and analytics companies that collect information through cookies and similar technologies to measure and improve our advertising.

Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information to comply with the law, respond to legal requests, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of others.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of some or all of our business, assets, or the Site, your information may be transferred to the new owner. The new owner will be responsible for handling that information under the terms of this policy or an updated notice.

With your consent. We may share information for other purposes when you ask us to or agree to it.

Depending on the state where you live, giving information to third parties in exchange for something of value may be considered a “sale,” and some advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” See Section 8 for how to opt out.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, understand traffic, and measure our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can block or delete them, although some parts of the Site may not work as well without them. Where required by law, we respond to browser based opt out signals such as Global Privacy Control.

6. Calls and Text Messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we, and the providers you ask to be connected with, may call or text you about your inquiry, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of receiving information from us. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to stop text messages, or HELP for help. Calls to us may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes. After that, we delete or de identify it. Inquiry records are generally kept for 12 Months.
